1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
2. Purpose of This Site
This website is operated by Centaurus Enterprises LLC, doing business as BFG Insurance Solutions (“BFG”). Centaurus Enterprises LLC holds California Insurance Producer license #6020392. The site allows consumers to request information about mortgage protection life insurance and related insurance options. Submitting a request does not obligate you to purchase anything and does not guarantee eligibility, approval, price, policy issuance, or coverage.
3. No Guarantee of Coverage or Rates
Any rates, coverage amounts, or product features discussed are illustrative only and are subject to availability, applicable law, carrier rules, and underwriting approval. Nothing on this site creates coverage, constitutes a binding quote, or changes the terms of an insurance policy. Coverage exists only if issued by an authorized insurance carrier and all applicable requirements are satisfied.
4. Not Affiliated With Lenders or Government Agencies
BFG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any mortgage lender, loan servicer, or government agency. Mortgage protection insurance is an insurance product and is not a lender program or government benefit.
5. Your Information
Use of personal information is governed by the current Privacy Notice. If you submit a contact authorization, the authorization displayed with the form also applies. You are responsible for providing information that is accurate and that you are authorized to provide.
5.1 Phone Verification and Text Messaging
When you check the authorization on the Mortgage Protection intake, you authorize BFG Insurance Solutions, a DBA of Centaurus Enterprises LLC, to send a one-time SMS verification code and contact you about your mortgage protection request by live-agent telephone call, email, or text message (including automated text messages) at the phone number and email address you provided. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required to purchase insurance.
The current launch uses Twilio Verify for required phone ownership verification. Ongoing or promotional A2P text messaging is not active unless and until BFG completes the separate provider, suppression, Terms-alignment, and production-approval gates.
To opt out of text messages, reply STOP in the SMS conversation to the same sender that delivered the message. For help, reply HELP to that sender or email BFG Insurance Solutions. A text-message opt-out applies to text messages; you may separately revoke or limit live-agent calls and emails, or request no contact through any channel. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile telephone numbers and consent records are not sold, rented, or provided to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. They may be disclosed to service providers acting on BFG’s behalf solely to verify the number or operate, deliver, secure, and document authorized communications, and as otherwise described in the Privacy Notice or required by law.
6. California Licensing Information
BFG Insurance Solutions is a DBA of Centaurus Enterprises LLC, domiciled in California, with its principal place of business at 537 Linda Ln., Chula Vista, CA 91910. Centaurus Enterprises LLC holds California Insurance Producer license #6020392.
Requests are handled only where BFG Insurance Solutions and the licensed producer handling the request are authorized to transact insurance. Product availability, eligibility, coverage, and rates vary by state and applicant.
BFG Insurance Solutions is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any mortgage lender, loan servicer, or government agency.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, BFG or its licensors own the site content, branding, layout, and materials. You may use the site for personal, noncommercial information requests. You may not copy, modify, interfere with, scrape, republish, or redistribute site content except as permitted by law or with written authorization.
8. Site Availability and Third-Party Services
The site may depend on third-party hosting, communications, consent-evidence, security, and other service providers. BFG may change, suspend, or discontinue site features and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not make BFG responsible for third-party content or practices.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BFG is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the site. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law and does not limit obligations arising from an issued insurance policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
BFG may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, technology, or services. The current version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
